Bob Hough of the Red Angus Association of America will present an update on the Beef Cattle Ultrasound Technician Annual Proficiency Testing and Certification (APTC) Program.

Dan Moser, Kansas State University, will present an update on the NCBA Carcass Merit Project.

J. R. Tait, Iowa State University, will make a presentation on predicting Retail Product with Live Animal Measures.

5. Using Ultrasound Measurements for Carcass Evaluation
Keith Bertrand of the University of Georgiawill disucss the use of live animal ultrasound carcass measurements in carcass genetic evaluation of beef cattle.
