Registration Information

Pre-registration due by May 1.

Complete Registration ($100 or $125 late/on-site):
Includes admission to all sessions, Tuesday evening welcome reception, Wednesday lunch, Wednesday dinner, Thursday awards luncheon, and one copy of the proceedings. The tours are optional and are not included in this fee.

Spouse Registration ($85 or $110 late/on-site):
Includes same as complete registration without proceedings.

Student Registration ($65 or $80 late/on-site):
Includes same as complete registration without proceedings.

Convention with lunch — $60 or $85 late/on-site (Dinner separate, see below)
Student — $40 or $55 late/on-site

Thursday:
Convention with lunch — $60 or $85 late/on-site
